Staff Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Staff Accountant. Reporting directly to the Controller, you will assist with accounting operations of a family-owned business. The company specializes in the retail and e-commerce industry, providing a dynamic and supportive work environment. They value a good attitude, teamwork, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the month-end close process
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts.
• Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes.
• Handle payroll processing and related accounting tasks.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Support the Controller in financial analysis and budgeting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compensation:

$65,000-$75,000
