Important Note: Candidates must live within commuting distance to Waco, Texas. No remote applicants will be considered.Primary Responsibilities:•Manage accounts payable invoice posting process to ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions•Operate check printing equipment and ensure accurate issuance of payments•Manage organized filing system, ensuring documents are easily accessible and maintain electronic filing systems•Reconcile employee expenses using Concur software to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies•Provide back-up phone support and transfer calls to correct department•Maintain accuracy of inventory records by posting all incoming inventory transactions•Contribute to budget preparation•Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks•Prepare monthly reports for actual expenditures compared to budget by Department•Performs other related duties as assigned•Assist in reconciliation of intercompany transactionsKey Requirements:•Bachelor's degree in Accounting•Minimum 3 years experience•Experience with Microsoft Business Central ERP system a plus•Proficient in Excel & competent in accounting software•Microsoft Office and Adobe familiarity•Discrete & trustworthy•Organized•Attention to detail•Willingness to learn and adapt to change•Self-starterOther Responsibilities:•BAT DTDF•Collect time sheets•Compare Vantage (logistics) invoicesStarting Pay: $24/hour Full time, onsite
