- Work under the supervision of the Global Controller.
- Prepare customer bills and invoices as closed via Salesforce order management system, maintain the accounts receivable GL account.
- Lead collection efforts to verify status of delinquent accounts and solicit payments on overdue accounts
- Post customer payments by recording cash collections
- Handing accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
- Post accounts payable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation entry; monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date; prepare and perform check runs
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts
- Assist with the month-end close process, prepare journal entries and any ad hoc reporting.
- Assist with year end audits for US and international entities
What We're Looking For:
- Netsuite experience a plus
- 2+ years collections & bookkeeping experience at a startup or mid-size company; B2B collections a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Full understanding and experience with the fundamentals of bookkeeping and reconciliations
- Strong time-management skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, thoroughness, highly organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Salesforce order management a plus
- Basic Excel skills
- Familiarity with how a SaaS business operates

What We Offer:
- Base compensation: The anticipated base salary for this position is $65K - $75K.
- The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held where applicable. This position is also eligible for our additional company performance bonus.
