A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 1-3 years of experience are preferred. If you're ready to contribute to a growing organization and gain valuable experience, today! salary: $27 - $35 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy of financial data. Prepare and review monthly bank, credit card, and other account reconciliations. Record journal entries for month-end and year-end closing. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Process invoices, payments, and receipts; ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions. Support with preparation of sales tax, payroll tax, and other regulatory filings. Assist with internal and external audits, providing requested documentation and information.
