Job Description:

The Staff Accountant is responsible for accurately preparing financial and accounting records.

This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm based at our Bloomington location with hybrid working options.

Revo Health is a professional services company that partners with multiple healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care. This position will be employed by Revo Health, working closely with Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) and its operating divisions.

Essential Functions:

* Manage the daily transaction process

* Prepare monthly financial statements for surgery centers and other ancillary companies

* Prepare internal reports and analysis for the Board of Directors and/or physician groups

* Assist in month-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis

* Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements

* Maintain the general ledger and accounts payable system for multiple companies

* Maintain fixed asset listings

* Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures

* Assist with annual budget process and ongoing variance analysis

* Provide financial guidance and support on special projects

* Assist with developing monthly management reports

* Occasionally participate in community functions relating to TCO outreach events throughout the year.

* Any and all other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting

* 1-2 years of relevant experience

* Strong GAAP knowledge

* Experience with Excel, Access, and NetSuite preferred

Ability to:

* Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, (e.g. HIPAA, Stark, OSHA, employment laws, etc.)

* Demonstrate prompt and reliable attendance

* Work in the clinic, office or surgery center during business hours

* Travel independently throughout the clinic, office or surgery center (which may include movement from floor to floor); frequent bending, lifting, standing, stooping or sitting for long periods of time may be required

* Work at an efficient and productive pace, handle interruptions appropriately and meet deadlines

* Communicate and interact in a respectful and professional manner

* Prioritize workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations

* Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

* Understand and execute a variety of instructions

* Effectively operate equipment and communicate on and operate the phone system

* Work independently with minimal supervision

* Travel to other work locations, if required
