Responsibilities:

+ Provide project team leadership and coordination for finished plans, specifications, and material selections; ensure design intent is incorporated into the construction documentation.

+ Lead and produce accurate technical and contract documentation for project construction.

+ Lead and participate in construction administration, bid review and support, site visits, addressing technical issues, and improving quality during construction.

+ Work with government and regulatory agencies to achieve overall project schedule and objectives.

+ Manage resources to produce 3D software renderings and critical presentations.

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's degree in architecture from accredited program.

+ Minimum 4 years related experience (completion of master's degree in related field may be substituted for one year of experience).

+ Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ This position requires an individual capable of applying intensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices to broad areas of assignments.

+ Must be capable of devising new approaches to problems encountered.

+ Previous consulting experience preferred.

+ Proficient in Autocad, Microstation, & Revit.

+ Demonstrated progress toward becoming a Registered Architect.
