Scott + Scott is hiring for multiple Staff Attorney positions to immediately begin work on document review projects.

This opportunity will be remote however, the employee must be a current resident of Arizona, California, New York, Texas, or Washington state.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities *

• Reviewing and coding documents produced in litigation discovery.
• Preparation of associated memoranda as needed.
• Conducting research assignments as needed.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Required Competencies

• High level verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates a professional temperament and ability to work with little supervision;
• Prioritizes and anticipates work needs
• Works well under periods of pressure and short deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Required Education & Experience

• Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of eDiscovery experience using document review platforms such as Relativity or DISCO.
• Admitted to the bar and licensed to practice law in any US jurisdiction.
• Able to work a minimum of 35 hours per week.
• Is a current resident of Arizona, California, New York, Texas, or Washington state.
