Dine on innovative Louisiana cuisine, relax by our resort-style pool, and plan your own private event at our 34th-floor observation deck boasting NOLA's best views.About the Role:Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans is currently seeking a Staff Cafeteria Attendant. This position oversees the dining area, prepares and serves all meals for staff including but not limited to breakfast, lunch, and dinner in accordance to production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.What you will do:
  • Prepare consistent quality food and pastry items following recipe cards and production, portion, and presentation standards.
  • Transport and maintain all food and beverage items for the Employee Cafeteria.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary buffet line including all serving utensils and service wares.
  • Check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull and line set up; note any out-of-stock items or possible shortages.
  • Return all food items not used to designated storage areas, being sure to cover/date all perishables
  • Assist in prep work as required for the next shift.
  • Assist in other duties that are assigned by management.

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must have work authorization for the United States
Schedule:
  • This position is a full-time, evening position. Candidates must be able to work a flexible work schedule- Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays.
