As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuous development and training of our staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.In this role, you will work closely with management and department heads to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs. You will also be responsible for coordinating and delivering training sessions and inservices, to ensure staff are up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices.*Responsibilities:** Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop training programs for staff.* Coordinate and deliver training sessions and inservices.* Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.* Update staff on regulatory and compliance requirements and ensure they are adhered to.* Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation programs.* Provide guidance and support to staff in their professional development goals.*Requirements:**- *Valid RN License-Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices-Excellent communication and facilitation skills-Ability to build relationships with staff at all levels-Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively* C-Ross Management is an equal opportunity employer.
