- Performance of Part I health assessments for new hires;
- History and physical, draw blood, administer TB testing, perform immunizations;
- Maintain medical records;
- Obtain consent and take care of other legal requirements, such as immunization notifications;
- Review lab results;
- Follow-up on lab results;
- Perform annual health assessments;
- Review Part II physical results;
- Refer to Weiler Occupational Health Service as appropriate;
- Assist with 3rd year medical student clearance process;
- Assist with fit testing program;
- Focus on health assessments and records of basic science departments;
- Function as head nurse in their absence;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
