Summers Pharmacy, an independently owned collection of 12 locations across west-central Missouri, is seeking a full-time MO licensed pharmacist (40 hours weekly) for a Staff Pharmacist or Pharmacy Manager position in our Clinton, MO location. Supervisory Responsibilities: · Manages the hiring and training of location staff. · Organizes and oversees the work and schedules of location staff. · Conducts Individual Planner evaluations that are timely and constructive. · Handles discipline and termination of location employees as needed and per company policy. Duties/Responsibilities Bonus incentive opportunities included but not limited to MTM, immunizations, and other clinical tasks. This requires someone who is open to innovation, outgoing, assertive, great at multi-tasking, customer focused and detail-oriented · Lives the Summers Pharmacy Mission, Key Characteristics and Critical Actions daily. · Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community. · Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the location's efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement. · Reviews, analyzes and evaluates location procedures and workflow. · Executes policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations. · Ensures work environments are adequate and safe and maintains compliance with state BOP. · Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned store; purchasing, sales, labor, and expenses, ensuring the location is reaching goals set by company leadership. · Implements, monitors, and evaluates budgets and cost of goods in assigned locations to achieve financial and business objectives. · Communicates and explains new directives, policies, or procedures to staff; for major changes, meets with area operations staff to discuss changes, ask questions, and maintain morale. Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $131,000 - $140,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
