We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Staff PT. As a Staff PT, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent care and support to our patients. Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and create customized treatment plans
- Perform physical therapy interventions and provide ongoing patient care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on treatment options and expectations
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy
- Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Candidates must possess in-state licensure
- 1 year of experience as a physical therapist
- 1 year of home health experience as a physical therapist - preferred
- Candidates must possess strong caring interpersonal skills
