Q: What makes Alssaro Counseling Services different from other agencies?

A: Alssaro Counseling Services has been around for 18 years, and during that time, we've stayed true to the principles we were founded on: transparency, growth, and authenticity. Unlike many corporate mental health companies, we were founded by therapists, for therapists. We've stayed true to our core belief that to be the best, therapists need an environment that fosters growth and development.

What really sets us apart is that your interview won't be with an HR rep who's just checking boxes. You'll meet with fellow therapists—people who truly understand the industry, the challenges, and the passion that drives this profession. Our leadership and interviewers know what it takes to succeed in this field, because they've been in your shoes. They're dedicated to helping you grow, not just professionally but as a well-rounded individual.

Our commitment to your professional growth is unmatched. We offer personalized, individual supervision every week, tailored to your unique goals and challenges. You'll get the focused support you need to refine your skills and excel. Additionally, we provide weekly clinical group supervision, where you'll have the opportunity to learn, collaborate, and grow alongside your colleagues in a supportive, educational environment. Alssaro isn't just a workplace—it's a place where therapists are empowered to reach their full potential.
