Job Description:

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Staff Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Staff Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Quality team supporting new product opportunities and existing production lines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of ASME Code and National Board Inspection Code (NBIC) requirements, and experience leading project teams.

**Job Title:** Staff Quality Engineer

**Location:** Hannibal, Missouri

**Pay Range:** $99,200 - $148,000

**What's the Job?**

+ Ensure product and process compliance per ASME Code and National Board Inspection Code (NBIC) requirements per ASME Code Quality Manual.

+ Develop, execute, and evaluate project plans, identify gaps, and work with internal and external customers to develop their capability to meet expectations.

+ Read and interpret customer specifications and drawings for complex products and implement into business processes, products, and processes.

+ Lead Material Review and Corrective Action Boards.

+ Lead Internal, Agency, and Customer Audits and Plan and Schedule Audits.

**What's Needed?**

+ Advanced degree in field of specialization or Bachelor's degree and related experience, or equivalent experience (7-10 years).

+ Knowledge and Application of ASME Code and National Board Inspection Code (NBIC) requirements for 'U' Pressure Vessels, 'H' Heating Boilers, 'S' Power Boilers and Power Piping.

+ Knowledge and Application of Nondestructive Testing/Evaluation (NDT/NDE) methods.

+ Work Well within Team Environment and lead project teams formally or informally.

+ Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
