Schedule: Full Time - 36 hours , Days. Monday-Friday: 06:30-5:30pm with Saturday Rotation: 07:00 am-3:30 pm 8, 9 and 10 hour shifts., 8-hour Saturday shifts, Variable start times from 6:30am - 9:00am Why YOU should be our next IR RN: - Magnet Designated Hospital - We see a diverse adult patient population - Medical, dental, vision benefits - Generous PTO package - Tuition reimbursement What you need: - BSN required, MSN preferred. - Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required - Applicable certification required within 1 year of hire - BLS and ACLS required - Excellent IV skills required - Recent clinical background in Interventional Nursing Required (Interventional Radiology, Interventional Cardiology, Endoscopy) - Critical Care, ED, or PACU experience required - Experience leading an intraprofessional team in a clinical setting - Show evidence of the basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of patients - Ability to demonstrate observational skills and the ability to set priorities - Ability to adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards Who we are: Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital is an affiliate of Mass General Brigham committed to supporting patient care, research, teaching, and service to the community.
