Your Role as Director of Nursing As the DON, you'll lead with purpose, ensuring our clinical teams deliver exceptional care and meet the highest standards. Here's what you'll do: Key Responsibilities Partner with the Director of Operations to recruit, interview, and onboard Clinical Managers and Care Givers. Serve as acting DON for other branches as needed, either in-person or via remote communication. Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to Clinical Managers. Collaborate with leadership to develop and deliver consistent clinical information. Oversee competency programs and support clinician skills development. Promote employee engagement and retention. Ensure compliance with all State, Federal, and Accreditation standards through policy development and review. Lead the quality assurance performance improvement (QAPI) program and implement corrective actions as needed. Develop and oversee plans of correction and quality initiatives. Support mergers, acquisitions, and integration projects as required. Role Qualifications Required: RN Nursing Degree with an unencumbered RN License (state-specific or compact). Minimum 1 year of RN supervision experience. Knowledge of home care regulations and federal requirements. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed. Clear background screening and up-to-date CPR certification. Preferred: Creative, forward-thinking mindset. Outstanding leadership and training skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Why Family First?
