Job Description & Requirements**JOB SUMMARY**The House Supervisor at North Mississippi Health Services is responsible for providing effective leadership, managing nursing units, and ensuring adequate staffing levels. They act as a clinical resource for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, respond to clinical emergencies, and collaborate with the transfer center to assign patients to nursing units.
