NeuralRec has partnered with a global technology company to secure a Research Engineer, specifically working on their Generative AI initiatives. You will be focused on building sustainable AI as they put the customer first and at the heart of development; committing to developing open-source models and technology to serve them.
Being a key player in technology for many years, their platform has gathered 100's of millions of MAUs and curates top-tier content; they are poised to continue to shape AI with their commitment to ethical development.
The role combines a mix of purposeful research, you will build and lead a small research team in developing their internal LLM platform. We are looking for abstract thinkers who have ideally worked on a variety of problems across Deep Learning and solve complex NLP/LLM problems.
To be successful in the role, you'll be required to work closely with the wider engineering team developing the research roadmap and strategic direction. You will also be hands-on in developing state-of-the-art features.
A strong pedigree of applied research and deep learning is a must.
