Salary Range: Days: $39.28-50.49 Evenings: $43.28-54.49 Nights: $44.48-55.69 All evening and night shifts include shift differentials. The base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. Shift differentials have been included in the range. Pay is determined by factors including relevant experience, qualifications, specialty, internal equity and contracts.

- In Charge Differential - $2.50 per hour
- Preceptor Differential - $3.00 per hour

Responsibilities: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Previous hospital RN experience is preferred. BLS required or obtained within 3 months. ACLS preferred. PALS within 3 months of hire. NRP preferred. IV certified within six months of employment. Must possess certifications required for the clinical practice assigned. Possesses a thorough knowledge of nursing principles. Ability to provide quality patient care, and ability to assess patient's needs, e.g. clinical, teaching, mental and spiritual. Must recognize safety issues to self and others and be able to assess and implement use of lifts to and move patients in a safe manner. Must be able to function well in stressful situations and have good, creative, problem-solving skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate. May be required to assume duties as a charge nurse. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills required.
