The base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. Shift differentials have been included in the range. Pay is determined by factors including relevant experience, qualifications, specialty, internal equity and contracts. Additional Highlights:
- On Call - $4.25 per hour
- Voluntary On Call - $2.75 per hour
- In Charge Differential - $2.50 per hour
- Preceptor Differential - $3.00 per hour
- Float Pool Differential - $2.50 per hour
- Critical Care Float Pool - $3.75

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Current NYS RN license. Knowledge of new trends and techniques in Nursing. Previous hospital RN experience is preferred. Flexible, multi-tasking and energetic nurse to work in Mother-Baby, Pediatrics, Newborn Nursery, Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) and Labor & Delivery. Pediatric experience preferred. BLS certification required or obtained within 3 months of hire. NRP certification required within 90 days of hire/transfer. STABLE required within 18 months of hire/transfer. ACLS certification preferred. IV certified within 6 months of employment. Possesses a thorough knowledge of nursing principles. Demonstrates ability to provide quality patient care. Possesses a thorough knowledge of nursing principles. Ability to provide quality patient care and ability to assess patient's needs, e.g. clinical, teaching, mental and spiritual. Must recognize safety issues to self and others and be able to assess and implement use of lifts and move patients in a safe manner. Must be able to function well in stressful situations and have good, creative, problem-solving skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate. May be required to assume duties as a charge nurse. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communicational skills required.
