Seeking An Experienced Staff Social Worker- LTC

**SALARY- Up To $85K per year (depending on experience)**

A long term care facility located in Arvene, NY is seeking a strong Staff Social Worker. They are seeking an experienced social worker with long term care/nursing home experience to join their dynamic team of professionals.

Job Description:

• Assist new residents and their family in the initial adjustment phase, as well as in the ongoing transition to institutional living
• Provide information to the resident, and/or family member, on residents' rights and responsibilities

Qualifications:

· Must have NY BSW or MSW

· Must have experience as a Staff Social Worker

· Must have long term care/nursing home experience

· Must have excellent outreach, assessment, written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be able to work effectively as a team.
