This will help enhance our experiences and delight our anime fans.You will work with a team of designers who collaborate with user researchers, product management, and engineers to evolve experiences through iterative improvements and new features. You will also define and bring projects from concept to production, ensuring user goals are represented. You will handle the review process, both within the design department and with partner teams, and provide constructive input to the designs of other designers on your team. Your designs should show an understanding of the industry, our competitors, and especially empathy for our users. Our work encompasses the new Crunchyroll website, the mobile apps, and the TV experiences. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
