Position Overview: The Account Manager in Staffing Services is responsible for managing and growing client relationships, overseeing staffing solutions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role combines client-facing interaction with strategic account management, requiring a deep understanding of the staffing industry, client needs, and workforce solutions. The ideal candidate will proactively identify business opportunities, develop customized staffing strategies, and act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored workforce solutions.
  • Develop new business opportunities by prospecting and networking within assigned territories or industries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to match qualified candidates with client requirements, ensuring successful placements.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of placed candidates, addressing any client or candidate concerns.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of service to maximize revenue and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide strategic insights.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets, contributing to company growth and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or client relations, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and verbal communication skills required).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective staffing solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and a focus on meeting deadlines and sales goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR-related fields.
  • Familiarity with industry sectors such as manufacturing, warehousing, healthcare, event services, etc.
  • A background in managing both high-volume and specialized staffing accounts.
