STAFFING/PAYROLL/HR COORDINATOR
Interacts with managerial staff to assess needs; offers staffing suggestions and provides ongoing support.
Coordinates and works with Nursing Management on Nursing department staff schedule.
Facilitates candidate onboarding including orientation and educating new employees to the practices and procedures of the facility.
Conducting exit and off boarding processes;
Coordinates interviews, drafts appropriate communication and correspondence, collects employment documentation, and manages employment screening activities.
Processes new hires, transfers, promotions and terminations.
Communicates Human Resources policies and participates in employee training/information sessions.
Maintains employee personnel files and documents.
Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
High level of organization and detail.
Possesses mathematical and analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Previous Payroll/HR experience preferred.
Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proven conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work independently and in team settings.
High school diploma, associates or bachelors degree preferred.
