What you'll be doing every day:
You will ensure residents receive the best quality of care by appropriately scheduling the nursing to cover shifts 24 hours per day - 7 days per week and will communicate open shifts and shift changes in a timely manner with the Nursing and Human Resources Departments. In addition, you will monitor and maintain adequate supplies according to budget.

A strong desire and passion to work around people that are unwell, disabled, or living with dementiaFlexibility and willingness to modify duties as neededUnderstand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutionsIntermediate knowledge of MSOffice SuitePrevious experience scheduling in a healthcare environment preferredHigh School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree or college coursework desirable
