To provide superior quality, competitive value and outstanding service by: effectively completing staffing operations, processing personnel data, schedules and management reports for Health First Staffing and customers via computerized systems.
Primary Accountabilities
* Maintain database accurately and completes all staffing/scheduling functions in a timely manner.
* Demonstrates good decision-making skills with follow-through in planning and implementing staffing adjustments.
* Documents and articulates clear, concise and accurate information related to staffing/scheduling issues, utilizing problem-solving and good decision-making skills.
* Obtains pertinent schedule/staffing data in an objective professional manner and enters that data accurately.
* Maintains competency documented via annual skills checklist, and demonstrates problem-solving skills related to software applications and hardware issues.
* Initiates and follows through with performance improvement techniques for staffing office operations and improved customer satisfaction.
* Demonstrates knowledge and skills for required Payroll functions; able to respond to customers with appropriate payroll adjustments as required for accurate payroll.
* Contributes to department operations by applying creative, cost-effective and resource-efficient methods.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Licensure: None required.
Certification: None required.
Language: Must be able to speak/understand written and verbal instructions in the English language.
Experience:
* Typing skills (40wpm).
* Basic personal computer hardware knowledge.
* Previous experience with basic computer applications.
* Telephone/fax skills.
* Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
