We recognize the significance of your work and are committed to helping you advance professionally while making a lasting impact in the industry.Our Staffing Specialists enjoy some excellent benefits:* $45,000 - $55,000 per year* Make a positive impact in the lives of others through the work you do* Family-oriented culture that promotes work-life balance* Tuition discounts through Rasmussen University* PTO, Holiday Pay, Medical/Dental/Vision & 401(k) BenefitAs a Staffing Specialists, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:* Manages recruitment and staffing functions to achieve business goals* Maintains knowledge of current regulations for healthcare staffing* Ensures continuous recruiting sources and availability of staffing professionals and clients* Manages applicants credentialing (using established guidelines for a Credentialing Verification Organization (CVO)) and reference check processes* Takes appropriate and timely measures to meet the needs of the staffing employees and clients* Identifies and resolves situations and problems by taking action, within authority limits, to prevent the re-occurrence of any negative issues* Engages in various internal and external activities aimed at enhancing sales and recruitment, such as conventions, seminars, and job fairs* Ensures and assists in the development of recruitment strategiesA few must-haves for Staffing Specialists:* Associate's degree or equivalent years of training and work experience* Minimum of 1 year of staffing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry or commercial staffing industry* Demonstrated successful interviewing and selection skills including recruiting and interviewing by phone* Excellent oral and written communication skills* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail ,and computer software proficiencyWhy Work for Interim HealthCare Staffing?Founded in 1966, Interim HealthCare Staffing is the nation's first healthcare staffing company.
