Job Description:
Responsible for the administrative aspects of the Computer Assisted Interviewing Process, including scheduling, interviewing, and follow-up with all candidates, ensuring compliance with program requirements, and maintaining contact with the Recruitment Department.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.Consistently work within company 5S efficiency standards to provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service at all times.Responsible for conducting New Hire orientation and the completion and follow-up on all new hire paperwork.Responsible for the administrative aspects of the Computer Assisted Interviewing Process, including scheduling, interviewing, and follow-up with all candidates, ensuring compliance with program requirements, and maintaining contact with the Recruitment Department.Responsible for the administrative aspects of the Computer Based Training Process including scheduling and follow-up with all trainees, ensuring compliance with program requirements, and maintaining contact with the Training Department.Responsible for communicating with the Management team to address current staffing needs.Responsible for tracking diversity initiatives and retention issues to communicate with HR Specialist for follow-through on initiatives and issues.Responsible for conducting exit interviews with all associates who terminate employment.Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation, according to 5S standards, at all times.Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to company policies and procedures.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSStrong communication skills.Basic computer skills.Basic literacy.Satisfactory performance reviews.Presentation skills.At least 6 months of related experience.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEN/APHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSOTHER PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSEQUIPMENT USEDPrice Chopper/Market 32 and Northeast Shared Services does not discriminate against individuals on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, affection or sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, liability for military service, status as a veteran, gender identity or expression, genetic information, pregnancy, and any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.#J-18808-Ljbffr
