Your friendly, positive demeanor and warm welcome help put people at ease, creating a supportive and inviting atmosphere. Beyond greeting visitors, you will leverage your customer service expertise to actively recruit through various channels, identifying top talent. We are all about compassion, collaboration, and caring every day.Job Responsibilities:Provide a warm, professional welcome to associates, clients, and guests across all communication channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.Assist associates with onboarding tasks, including tax forms, insurance enrollment, and compliance documentation.Manage and direct incoming calls efficiently, ensuring prompt and helpful responses.Conduct daily recruiting activities, including phone screenings and in-person interviews, to identify and engage qualified candidates.Oversee new hire onboarding processes, including in-house drug screenings and background checks.Offer job coaching, encouragement, and constructive feedback to associates to support their professional growth.Monitor and meet performance metrics, such as call volume and scheduled interviews, adjusting to client and company needs.Participate in a weekend on-call rotation as needed.Address associate questions and concerns with empathy and practical solutions.Represent WSI at job fairs and community events to promote opportunities and strengthen partnerships.We'd love to talk to you about the FOA/Staffing Coordinator role if:You bring a polished, professional demeanor and exceptional communication skills.You have a keen eye for detail and understand the importance of accuracy.You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and excel under pressure.You are resilient, adaptable, and unshaken by challenges.You excel at multitasking and quickly pivoting in dynamic situations.Your customer service approach is rooted in empathy, non-judgment, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their best outcomes.Requirements:A history of stable and consistent employmentAt least two years of experience in an office or administrative roleHigh School Diploma or equivalent qualificationExperience handling challenging conversations with professionalismProven ability to demonstrate effective teamwork and collaboration, with examples of successful outcomesTo Apply for this Job Click Here#J-18808-Ljbffr
