Position: Staffing Coordinator
Salary: $30-$35
Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage staff schedules
- Review and ensure accuracy of weekly punch details and bonus eligibility
- Calculate certified hours for the nursing department
- Maintain attendance records and manage employee payroll changes
- Maintain an up-to-date list of clinical care employee contact information
- Conduct follow-ups with newly hired CNAs and Nurses to ensure completion of checklists
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Staffing Manager, Director of Nursing, and/or Administrator
Requirements:
- Experience Matters: A minimum of one year of experience as a staffing coordinator in a nursing facility is a must.
- Communication Prowess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills are required for this role.
