Requirements:

Prior experience as a Staffing Coordinator within a long term care or healthcare setting.

Ensure that the center has appropriate levels of staffing and nursing care at all times.

Complete monthly nursing schedule, coordinating requests to ensure appropriate coverage of units.

Complete and post worksheets/time schedules. Coordinate variances with the DNS.

Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.

Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
