River View Rehabilitation and Nursing a CMS 5 Star facility is located in historic Owego NY and is a 77-bed offering skilled nursing and short-term rehab services. The facility located on the banks of the Susquehanna River offering stunning views and sounds of the river.

River View Rehab and Nursing is accepting applications for Full Time Staffing-Scheduling Coordinator. We offer full benefit package, competitive pay, Health, Dental and Vision, Short term disability and life insurance. SIGN ON BONUS

Responsibility

Create and post monthly (4-week) staff schedule, track and post changes

Responsible for staff scheduling to include; work assignments/rotations, employee vacations, back-up for absent employees, and Maintain timely records of call-offs, tardy and early arrivals

Allocates and maintains an adequate staffing schedule/pattern to meet daily staffing per established par levels.

Provide accurate and timely reports to DON, Facility Administrator and management on issues relating to staffing, vacancies, or other topics as assigned.

Prepare and submit accurate, complete payroll reports on a timely basis

Requirements:

NYS CNA Certification

Staffing Coordinator experience in a nursing and rehabilitation center

Excellent customer service etiquette and the ability to communicate (Verbal and Written) effectively and professionally with employees and Residents, both on the phone and in-person

Ability to multi-task, think on your feet and prioritize

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
