Job Description:
Helps recruit, interview, and orient reliable and compassionate caregivers. Coordinates rescheduling and promptly addresses shift vacancies to ensure effective scheduling and minimize unbilled overtime. Effectively manages customer care procedures and serves as point of contact for client/caregiver relations. Ensures caregiver compliance with time and availability software. Assists with the intake of new clients and effectively communicates BrightStar differentiators. Manages all required documentation and ongoing note-keeping of employee & client activities. Deploys to attend to call outs and new client starts of care when needed. Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required. Performs additional duties and administrative functions as directed by management. Requirements: 2 years of Staffing, recruiting, and training experience within the home care or health care industry highly preferred. 3 years CNA/ HHA experience required.
