Staffing Coordinator I is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with caregivers and clients. The Staffing Coordinator will pursue and extract scheduling needs from new and existing clients, then align caregivers with open scheduling needs via the True Helix Mobile Application. Essential Functions of the Job:
- Make 50 outbound, external phone calls to caregivers per day for reasons including, but not limited to, determine caregiver scheduling availability, confirm requested scheduling needs, and assist in troubleshooting issues and questions with the True Helix Mobile Application.
- Make a minimum of 25 outbound, external phone calls to clients per day and ensure all clients are contacted every 10 business days to determine current scheduling needs for both the Per Diem and STAR Division Offices
- Schedule and confirm a minimum of 600 billable hours per week through the Self Scheduling feature of the True Helix Mobile Application
- Require and ensure caregivers access and use the True Helix Mobile Application for credentialing and self-scheduling purposes
- Maintain accurate call-logs and journal notes in True Helix Web Application
- During scheduled Off Duty Waiting Time shifts, answer phone calls and associated troubleshooting tasks when triggered during the waiting-to-be-engaged period
- Ensure all credential requirements are met prior to scheduling caregivers
- In instances of non-compliance, identify the reason(s) for non-compliance and partner with the Compliance Dept or Recruiter to update credentials.
- Partner with the Marketing Dept and Manager to identify advertising needs that align with department budget, client location, and caregiver hiring needs.
- Escalate high-level client and caregiver concerns to Manager timely
- Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team
