In this role, you will recruit the area's best talent and perform Human Resources related duties to ensure that our clients receive outstanding customer service. Pay ranges between $16-17 depending upon experience.Duties:Ensure that client staffing needs are being met through recruiting and screening job applicants.Review applications and interview candidates to identify best fit job opportunities.Serve as primary contact for client and handle related issues such as staffing needs and employment issues.Maintain employee records, including applications, orientation information, disciplinary notices, terminations, etc.Administer pre-employment testing, background checks, MVRs, and reference checks as needed.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using recruitment software.Attention to detail and organizational skillsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Two years' experience in Staffing, customer service. Human Resources experience preferred, but not required.Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to maintain high level of discretion when dealing with confidential information.Microsoft Excel a MUST.All candidates will be required to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.#corefocusFor more information, or to apply now, you must go to the website below.
