Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations, including payroll, sales, onboarding, and front-office team management.
- Address complex HR issues and maintain quality control of our workforce.
- Assist in implementing and advancing the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework.
- Collaborate with the owner to nurture leadership within the organization and minimize dependency on central management.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients while driving new business acquisitions.
- Lead staffing operations for a boutique firm, supporting over 60 active clients.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience in staffing and talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and relevant regulations.
- Proven track record in business operations or management, especially within the staffing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, and develop staff at all levels.
- Strong leadership skills with the capacity to manage and inspire a team of recruiters, account managers, and support staff.
- Experience in client relationship management and consultative staffing methods.
- Proficient in integrating technology solutions and utilizing social media strategies in operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective solutions.
