The Purchasing/Staffing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining sufficient quantities of supplies and/or equipment to provide proper care and adequate treatment at all times to the residents, and responsible for maintaining the schedule for the clinical household staff, including, but not limited to assignment sheets, master schedules, daily federal posting requirements and PAL requests. The Purchasing Coordinator shall also assist Business Office staff with processing billing documents. Minimal Education: High school diploma required. College degree preferred.
CNA Certification Required Minimal Experience: Two (2) years experience in an office administrative setting required. Previous purchasing experience preferred. Other Qualifications: One or more years' experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.
