Pine Knoll Nursing and Rehab provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, long term care, dementia care, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, and rehabilitation therapy.

The Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for preparing schedules and maintaining appropriate staffing levels in the nursing departments on a 24-hour basis to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as directed by administration.

Responsible for maintaining the employee schedules for the facility in accordance with state, company and facility guidelines to ensure that patient care and staffing needs are appropriately addressed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creates, coordinates, reports, posts, and manages all functions related to schedules of hourly staff
• Notifies appropriate personnel of call-ins and assists with securing coverage
• Maintains accurate attendance records and notifies management of attendance-related issues
• Accurately enters and maintains data relative to scheduling using company software programs
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is Proficient in use of computer, has had less than 2 jobs in the last 5 years and is up for a challenge.

**MUST HAVE PRIOR STAFFING/SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE IN HIGH VOLUME HEALTHCARE CENTER**
