The ideal candidate will excel in a team first work environment.Job Purpose: Support our growing HR team in recruiting, screening, and onboarding internal candidates for our organization.Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective communication with job candidates
- Conduct comprehensive candidate searches using computer databases, networking, internet resources, and employee referrals
- Perform pre-screening calls to assess candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Conduct thorough background and reference checks
- Accurately document applicant and candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates
- Assist the HR Team with administrative activities as required or directed
- Facilitate new hire orientation processes
- Ensure all recruitment activities align with company values and compliance requirements

- High school diploma (required)
- Associate degree preferred
- 1 year of HR experience preferred; staffing experience is a plus or recent graduate with a degree in a related field
- Ability to process compliance screenings (background checks, etc.)
- Customer service experience preferred
