Hubbard Supplyhouse seeks an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our family-like atmosphere. We are a Christian, faith-based, family-owned company specializing in plumbing, lighting, and irrigation supplies, serving local builders, plumbers, and homeowners in creating beautiful living spaces. The ideal candidate will excel in a team first work environment.Job Purpose: Support our growing HR team in recruiting, screening, and onboarding internal candidates for our organization.Responsibilities:
  • Maintain effective communication with job candidates
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate searches using computer databases, networking, internet resources, and employee referrals
  • Perform pre-screening calls to assess candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Conduct thorough background and reference checks
  • Accurately document applicant and candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates
  • Assist the HR Team with administrative activities as required or directed
  • Facilitate new hire orientation processes
  • Ensure all recruitment activities align with company values and compliance requirements

  • High school diploma (required)
  • Associate degree preferred
  • 1 year of HR experience preferred; staffing experience is a plus or recent graduate with a degree in a related field
  • Ability to process compliance screenings (background checks, etc.)
  • Customer service experience preferred
