Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES Deliver consistent and frequent scheduled contacts/communications to adjusters regarding updates, potential deployments, and new client requirements. Coordinate staffing resources across all clients/operations to optimize utilization and meet or exceed client requirements. Select resources for assignments and confirm for deployment, keeping our deployment strategy at the forefront of our processes. Conduct interviews and assess if candidate meets qualifications. Respond and take appropriate actions to email communications. Manage outgoing and incoming calls and return voicemails timely. Upload documents into appropriate profiles. Run database filters to ensure applicants are processed accurately. Update database profiles so they accurately reflect progress and/or status. Advise applicants and adjusters on training, progression on roster, certification dates and details, task requirements, etc. Reach established target goals for identification of available resources (based on adjuster performance and other factors) across all operations. Perform profile maintenance, status updates, and prioritization/level clean up. Implement background check process (cross-departmental function with Resource Compliance and Legal team). Utilize metrics to align deployment actions with departmental key performance indicators. Communicate with site leaders regarding ongoing resource needs and adjuster performance. Initiate mass emails/texts/alerts/stand-by communications to adjusters. Champion Eberl as an employer choice and build loyalty to the Eberl brand. Participate in special projects.QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma/GED required. Associates degree or some college coursework desired. Minimum of two years' experience working in a recruiting role. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and relationship building. Strong communication skills and comfortable with extensive phone contact with employees and customers. Strong database skills. Dependability and strong work ethic are essential. Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel). Working knowledge of KnowledgeLake Connect and SharePoint is preferred. Goal driven and able to multi-task efficiently. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekend and evening shifts.WORKING CONDITIONSWork is generally performed in a typical office environment with occasional adjuster field ride alongs during catastrophe situations where some exposure to devastation is to be expected. PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTSWork can involve lifting and carrying up to 25-30 lbs.; frequent standing, sitting, walking, bending, and reaching; occasional kneeling and stooping; operating office equipment; periodic driving likely; visual acuity to prepare, read, and organize detailed hard copy and electronic documents; ability to speak and to hear the spoken word in normal face-to-face, telephonic, and web-based business communications. Work also includes the ability to climb roofs (up to and including 7/12 pitch) and crawl in attics and/or crawl spaces. Willingness to work additional hours as needed, including occasional evening, overnight, and weekend hours. Willingness to accommodate occasional meetings and work activities that may be scheduled after normal daytime business hours.
