Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with candidates to create a positive and supportive hiring experience
- Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and other tools
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Screen candidate resumes and job applications
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure client and candidate success
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required
- Capable of comprehending complex and technical job requirements
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other performance-driven environments is a plus
- No previous recruiting experience is required—we will train you!
