Bachelor's degree in related field- Current certifications and knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis- Must be a certified instructor for SCIP-R, Adult and Child CRP/First Aid - Minimum one year direct hands on teaching/training in the field of developmental disabilities- Knowledge of and one year's teaching experience teaching behavioral interventions- Must have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills- Proficient in computer skills- Ensure new hires are trained on behavior support plans and teaching programs for all students in their residences- Input staff trainings into HRIS system and assign staff for trainings- Maintain list of DSP within division and instructors for various trainings- Participate in development and revision of inservice trainings- Conduct assigned training classes- Ensure needed training supplies and resources- Ensure ongoing interactions and coordination with agency Training Coordinator- Interface with DDI's HR department regarding open positions within divisio
