Duties that intrigue you include: Designing and coordinating new, upgraded or relocated overhead and underground electric utility linesInvestigating voltage issues, capacity concerns, distributed energy and service upgrades for Tipmont membersManaging your own schedule as you guide and coordinate with internal and external crews, teams, contractors, members and builders to accomplish goalsCreating construction documents Obtaining permits, easements and construction agreementsOverseeing project progress to ensure schedules and budgets are metCommunicating with members, construction crews and the public throughout projects Determining pole attachment requirementsRepresenting the utility in communities we serveServing on a team to address after-hours outagesYou'll join a company where all employees live by corporate values of innovation, public-service heart, passion, respect, and making an impact.
