Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Verifies opening and closing inventory stand sheet and alerts management of inventory discrepancies.
- Delegates and helps execute overall opening /closing procedures for assigned location.
- Oversee operations of stand during events to ensure guests receive outstanding service.
- Supervise, train and assists workers in preparation of all menu items for sale.
- Process returns and voids in accordance with policies to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle and resolve guest's issues with their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Inputs counts using POS system / maintains POS payment processes.
- Ensures proper transaction control procedures are being followed.
- Ensures employees project a positive attitude and energy to customers at all times.
- Supervises, delegates tasks and inspects cleanup of stand including all equipment, countertops and floors.
- Ensures all closing procedures are followed correctly, and ending inventory counts are inputted into the system.
- Complies with company polices, health and safety standards.

Education and Experience - Prior experience as a Stand Attendant required or prior supervisor/ Management role.
- 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent desired.
Skills and Abilities - Good oral communication skills and the ability to read write and communicate effectively in English.
- Excellent hospitality and customer service skills, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
- Desire to work as a team and get the job done.
- Mature judgment and professionalism in handling all matters
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - SERV Safe certification a plus can but can be provided.
- Teams Certificate or other accredited alcohol service training. (TEAMS provided free of charge)

Hours of Work - Flexible part-time schedule including some long shifts, nights, weekends and holidays on an on-call basis.
