Sodexo is seeking a Starbucks Manager at Kapi'olani Medical Center in Honolulu, HI. The retail store manager will direct all operations for the licensed Starbucks and a small caf dining area at this hospital. This strategic leader will be a dynamic team player with a strong background in managing teams and providing an exceptional customer experience.

This position offers a competitive salary with a full benefits package that kicks in immediately! The typical schedule is Tuesday-Saturday with no nights.

The successful candidate will:

* manage all retail operations for the Starbucks and Caf

* motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline hourly staff

* provide high-level service to customers

* oversee cash handing processes and POS programming and maintenance

* manage vendor relationships and compliance

* maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place

* coordinate department safety and sanitation

We are looking for candidates who have:

* management experience with Starbucks or general food service industry (restaurants, catering, hospitality, hotels, etc.)

* proven success with mentoring and developing others and promoting a healthy culture in the workplace

* understanding of food safety and sanitation

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience - 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
