We need to fill our Entry Level Management position to oversee the promotional advertising account in the telecommunications industry.
Responsibilities:
- Highlight clientele's strengths in product and brand image from a consumer perspective
- Cross-functional training with account directors and sales team in strategic marketing and campaign development
- Develop advertising promotional plans and assist training to new team members in the division
- Discuss the opportunities for potential markets and conduct target market research to understand our clients approach in attracting consumers
- Measure team members' performance and construct guidelines to stay on task with the advertising campaign
- Engage in innovative creativity designed to portray an entrepreneurial profession and create material that relates to our business and clients
