HB Staffing is seeking an eCommerce Sales Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive online sales growth.
- Manage customer relationships and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and boost product visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, presenting insights to management.
- Assist in optimizing the e-commerce platform to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Track and organize all activities, meetings, and correspondence with accounts.
- Coordinate, respond to, and follow up on RFIs and RFQs.
- Develop strategies based on local market knowledge and competitor analysis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in Mandarin.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software and e-commerce analytics tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Team player with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
