The Kentucky State Park Ranger at times may provide services to our guests such as trail rescues, first aid, and provide general information such as area attractions and information regarding assigned park. Skills and Expectations include, but are not limited to: A working knowledge of Kentucky Revised Statutes. The ability to quickly learn the policies and procedures of the Kentucky State Parks and Ranger Division. He or she must have a strong work ethic and be able to work alone with minimal supervision. The ability to use basic computer programs. Have strong verbal and written skills. The Ranger Division offers a competitive salary and all benefits associated with being a state employee.
