The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to enhancing the quality of life for patients.Requirements:* High school diploma or equivalent.* Current State Tested Nursing Aide (STNA) certification in the state of employment.* Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.* Proficiency in basic patient care tasks, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.* Basic knowledge of infection control practices.* Ability to lift and move patients, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.Responsibilities* Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.* Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.* Help patients with mobility, including transferring them to and from beds or wheelchairs.* Report any changes in patient conditions to the nursing staff.* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients.* Assist with feeding patients who require help and ensure they receive adequate nutrition.* Provide emotional support to patients and their families, fostering a positive and caring atmosphere.* Follow all safety and infection control procedures to protect patients and staff.Job Types : Full-time, PRN, Temporary, ContractPay Rate: $21 - $25 per hour
