As an STNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.Key Responsibilities:Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Provide mobility assistance to residents, including turning and positioning, transferring, and ambulation.Monitor and record residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.Qualifications:Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Not a STNA?
